Portable grill light with magnetic base

The IMAGE HL0420 is a rechargeable barbecue accessory designed for outdoor cooks who need focused illumination after dark. Two lights are included so both the main grate and a side burner can be lit at once.

Aluminium alloy body with flexible gooseneck

Each unit is built from aluminium alloy that withstands high grill temperatures. A magnetic base clamps to steel surfaces while an adhesive metal plate lets you mount the light on non‑magnetic lids or tables. The gooseneck and swivel head adjust without tools to direct the 1 W LED beam exactly where food sits.

USB rechargeable 2000 mAh battery

The integrated 2000 mAh cell charges at 5 V via the supplied USB cable and an indicator shows charging status. Three AAA batteries and sleeves are also provided for backup power when a USB source is not available.

Questions about this item

What voltage does the USB charging port deliver to the 2000mAh battery?

The light charges at 5V through its USB port, which feeds the built-in 2000mAh cell.

What mounting options does the magnetic base and included metal plate provide?

The magnetic base clamps to any ferrous grill surface, while the adhesive metal plate lets you stick the light on non-magnetic materials.

How do you switch between the rechargeable pack and AAA cells, and what mistake should be avoided?

Insert three AAA batteries into the supplied sleeves, then fit the sleeves into the battery compartment; do not mix loose AAA cells with the internal 2000mAh pack.
