Annular Cutter with Pilot 63134318042

The Jancy Slugger annular cutter creates precise 1-1/4 inch diameter holes with a 2 inch cutting depth. A pilot pin is included to ensure accurate alignment and slug ejection during operation. This tool is built for metalworking applications requiring clean, burr-free holes.

Metalworkers drilling large-diameter holes

This cutter suits fabricators and maintenance teams producing consistent holes in steel plate or structural sections. It is not intended for wood, masonry or plastics. Buyers needing smaller diameters, different cutting depths or a complete kit with multiple sizes should look at other options.

Questions about this item

How often should the pilot be replaced on the 63134318042 annular cutter?

Replace the pilot when it no longer centres the cutter cleanly or shows visible wear on its tip. A worn pilot causes wandering holes and shortens cutter life.

What limits continuous cutting depth with the 63134318042 annular cutter?

The 2-inch cutting depth is the hard limit; deeper holes require a longer cutter or multiple passes with chip clearance between each pass.
