100 ft DisplayPort 1.4 cable

The Jansicotek TJ-A022 is a 100 ft fiber-optic DisplayPort 1.4 cable with male-to-male connectors. It links PCs, laptops, monitors, projectors or HDTVs for high-resolution video and audio. The hybrid glass-fiber and copper construction eliminates electromagnetic interference that affects copper cables beyond 33 ft. Gold-plated terminals and a TPE jacket add durability for in-wall routing.

Sustained 32.4 Gbps over full length

Fiber conductors maintain the full 32.4 Gbps bandwidth across the entire 100 ft run without the signal loss seen in passive copper. The cable supports 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 144 Hz continuously, plus 4K at 240 Hz and 3440×1440 at 60 Hz. Backward compatibility covers 2550×1440 at 60 Hz, 1080p and lower resolutions. HDCP 2.2, HDR10, Dolby Vision and eARC pass through without degradation.

100 ft reach decides suitability

The 100 ft length is the single specification that determines whether this cable fits the installation. Shorter copper cables cannot bridge this distance at 32.4 Gbps; active fiber is required. Buyers needing runs under 33 ft or who require a different connector type should choose another product.

Questions about this item

Does the 100 ft fiber-optic DisplayPort 1.4 cable draw extra power or generate heat during all-day 8K@60Hz use?

The hybrid glass-fiber and oxygen-free copper construction carries only light signals, so the cable itself produces no measurable heat and requires no external power adapter.

What must my source and display each provide for this male-to-male DP 1.4 cable to function?

Both devices need a standard DisplayPort 1.4 output or input; the 20-pin male connectors plug directly in with no adapters, drivers or separate power supply required.

Will the 32.4 Gbps link work reliably with my older 1080p@60Hz monitor?

Yes — the cable is backward compatible with 1080p and 1440p resolutions, so a 1080p@60Hz display will operate normally over the 100 ft run.
