This USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 cable connects a Thunderbolt 3 or 4 source to a DisplayPort monitor. The unidirectional design carries video from the USB-C host to the display only. It suits laptops, tablets and phones that output DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C.

The male-to-male connectors need no external power or drivers. Triple shielding and a solid copper conductor protect signal integrity across the 6.6 ft length. The host must provide a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3/4; pure USB data ports will not work.

Bandwidth reaches 32.4 Gbps with DSC 1.2 support, enabling 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz. High refresh rates extend to 2K at 240 Hz. The cable is backward compatible with DisplayPort 1.3, 1.2 and 1.1, but cannot exceed the 32.4 Gbps limit.
