16-Inch Pedestal Fan for Home and Office

The Lasko 2526 is a 16-inch pedestal fan built for indoor spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, home offices and dormitories. Three energy-efficient speed settings deliver a cooling breeze suited to larger areas. Optional oscillation, a tilt-back head and adjustable height let you direct airflow precisely where it is needed.

Adjustable Stand with Safety Fuse Plug

Height adjusts from 37 to 53.38 inches so the fan head can be positioned at sitting or standing level. The tilt-back mechanism allows vertical airflow control without moving the base. A Blue Plug safety fuse cuts power if an electrical fault is detected, and the unit carries an ETL listing. No-tools assembly keeps setup simple and the 10.74 lb weight makes relocation easy.

Three-Speed Oscillating Air Circulation

Three quiet speed levels handle everything from gentle background airflow to stronger circulation for warm rooms. The engineered grill is designed for high-powered air delivery across the space. Oscillation sweeps the fan head side to side for full-room coverage, while the tilt-back head adds vertical direction control.

Questions about this item

Does the fan head oscillate automatically, or do I have to turn it by hand?

Optional oscillation is built in; flip the switch on the motor housing and the 16" head sweeps side to side for full-room air circulation.

What is the height range of the pedestal, and will it clear my desk?

The pole adjusts from 37" to 53.38", so you can raise the airflow above a standard desk or lower it for bedside use.

Is any tool required for assembly, and which step do people skip?

No tools are needed; the most missed step is pressing the Blue Plug reset button after plugging in, otherwise the safety fuse keeps the motor off.
