Compact Tiny desktop for office work

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny desktop PC uses an Intel Core i5-8500 hexa-core processor that reaches 4.10 GHz. It comes with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a dual-drive layout pairing a 256 GB M.2 SSD with a 1 TB SSD. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and a USB Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dongle is supplied.

Suits small-office deployments and home desks

This configuration fits users who need a quiet, space-saving system for productivity apps, web-based tools and light multitasking. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics and the 65 W processor limit 3D performance, so buyers who want gaming or heavy rendering should look at a larger workstation.

Included peripherals and wireless adapter

A USB keyboard and USB mouse are bundled, removing the need for separate input devices. The USB Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dongle adds wireless connectivity on systems without a built-in card. A DVD-ROM drive is also fitted for legacy media access.

Questions about this item

Will the 32 GB DDR4 memory work with my existing DDR4 modules or must I replace them?

The system uses 32 GB DDR4 UDIMM memory in a 240-pin form factor; any added modules must match DDR4 and 240-pin DIMM specifications to be compatible.

Can the Intel UHD Graphics on the i5-8500 drive my older VGA monitor through an adapter?

The integrated Intel UHD Graphics supports modern digital outputs; a VGA monitor would require an active adapter compatible with the available display ports.

How can I confirm both the 256 GB M.2 drive and the 1 TB SSD are recognised after first boot?

Open Windows Disk Management or File Explorer — both drives should appear with their full capacities and the operating system installed on the M.2 volume.
