Compact business desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q is a micro-form-factor desktop built around an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8500 hexa-core processor running up to 4.10 GHz. It ships with 8 GB of DDR4 memory, a 256 GB M.2 SSD for the operating system and a 1 TB hard drive for bulk storage. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed for immediate deployment.

Connectivity and daily use

The tiny chassis includes a DVD-ROM drive and a USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth dongle for 5 GHz wireless networks. A wired USB keyboard and mouse are bundled so the system is ready to work straight out of the box. The small footprint suits cluttered desks or VESA-mounted setups behind a display.

Memory expansion and limits

DDR4 UDIMM slots support up to 32 GB of total memory, allowing a straightforward upgrade when workloads grow. Buyers who need more than 32 GB of RAM or discrete graphics should consider a larger form-factor workstation instead.
