Ready-to-use business laptop

This Lenovo Thinkpad T14 Gen 2 arrives with Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon pre-installed, so it boots straight to a familiar desktop without licence keys or driver hunts. The 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, 16GB DDR4 memory and 4TB PCIe SSD combine to handle office suites, video calls and large project folders in a 14.0" Full HD IPS chassis weighing 3.23lb.

Check power and ports before ordering

The box includes a 65W power supply for the integrated 50WHr Li-Polymer battery; verify your travel adapters suit the connector. Two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports, HDMI, RJ-45 Ethernet, a micro-SD reader and a combo audio jack cover most peripherals, but there is no full-size SD slot or separate charging port.

Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon changes the daily workflow

The operating system replaces Windows licensing with a community-supported LTS base, giving immediate access to apt repositories, Flatpak and a traditional panel-driven desktop. Proprietary media codecs and drivers are opt-in rather than pre-loaded, so first-run updates may be larger, but the 4TB PCIe SSD absorbs them without space pressure.
