14" FHD Touchscreen Ultrabook

The Lenovo ThinkPad T490 is a 14-inch ultrabook with a 1920 x 1080 IPS touchscreen and Windows 11 Pro. It runs on an Intel Core i7-8550U quad-core processor at 1.8GHz with 8GB DDR4 RAM and a 128GB SSD. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles visual output for daily workflows.

Installation and common issues

The system arrives with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled and an OEM 45W or 65W AC adapter included. No operating system setup is required beyond initial user configuration. Some units may ship as a T480 model depending on stock; cosmetic condition is graded A but light scratches or minor blemishes are possible on the chassis.

Business users and mobile professionals

This configuration suits professionals needing a lightweight 14.0" touchscreen device with quad-core performance for office applications and video calls. Buyers requiring larger storage capacity, discrete graphics, or higher RAM ceilings should consider other configurations. The 128GB SSD and 8GB soldered memory limit future expansion for intensive workloads.
