Surveillance-Grade Coaxial Cable

This RG6U quad-shield coaxial cable is built for surveillance, digital HDTV, CATV and satellite installations. The 1,000-foot pull box supplies continuous length for long runs between cameras, antennas and distribution points. Installers and system integrators receive a single reel that covers large premises without splices.

Quad Shield Construction and CM Jacket

Four shielding layers — bonded foil, 60-percent aluminum braid, unbonded foil and 40-percent aluminum braid — reject interference across the 3.0 GHz sweep-tested bandwidth. The PVC flame-retardant CM-rated jacket meets in-wall fire codes and carries sequential length markings for easy measuring during pulls. Gas-injected foam polyethylene dielectric maintains consistent impedance over the full 305-meter reel.

18AWG Copper-Clad Steel Conductor

The solid 18AWG copper-clad steel center conductor (1.02 mm) determines signal loss and mechanical strength for each run. Buyers who need solid copper for PoE or lower attenuation should select a different cable type.
