  • Fits standard 19-inch racks for secure equipment mounting
  • 1U height adds precise spacing between installed devices

  • Metal construction delivers rigidity for long-term rack stability
  • Two-panel pack covers multiple bays in a single order

Rack-Mount Blank Panel Pair

This two-pack supplies 1U metal blank panels built for 19-inch server racks and network cabinets. Each spacer occupies a single rack unit to cover unused openings in the enclosure. Rounded corners prevent snagging on cables or fingers during maintenance. The black finish matches standard cabinet aesthetics.

Build Integration

Panels mount directly to the rack’s front rails using the same screw pattern as active equipment. They block airflow gaps that would otherwise let hot exhaust recirculate into cold aisles. No tools beyond a standard screwdriver are required for installation or removal. The metal construction adds rigidity without occupying extra depth.

Buyer Guidance

Ideal for data-centre operators and network engineers who need to maintain proper airflow management in partially populated racks. Not suited for anyone requiring vented or filtered panels for active cooling, or for enclosures that do not follow the 19-inch mounting standard. Buyers needing plastic or tool-less alternatives should look elsewhere.
