Adds one M.2 NVMe drive and one M.2 SATA drive via PCIe 4.0 x4 and SATA III with included cable
This LORDWORLD PA12 adapter lets you add one M.2 NVMe SSD and one M.2 SATA SSD through a single PCIe x4 slot. The NVMe drive connects directly to the PCIe bus while the SATA drive routes to the motherboard via an included cable. Both channels operate independently without bandwidth sharing. It is FCC and CE certified for stable operation.
The card suits systems with a free PCIe x4 slot and an available SATA port on the motherboard. It requires a CPU and chipset that support PCIe 4.0 to reach the stated 64Gbps link speed, which excludes Intel processors before the 11th generation. Booting from the NVMe drive also demands a motherboard with UEFI support. Builders lacking a spare SATA header or running older platforms that cannot boot NVMe should consider other options.
The NVMe slot delivers a PCIe 4.0 x4 connection rated at 64Gbps when the CPU, motherboard slot and SSD all support the standard. This single specification determines whether the adapter can saturate a modern NVMe drive or whether the link will fall back to a lower generation.

The lower M-key slot is wired for PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe; the upper B-key slot is wired for SATA III. Install your NVMe SSD in the lower slot and any SATA M.2 drive in the upper slot.
The NVMe slot connects straight to the PCIe 4.0 x4 lane, so the drive runs at its full rated speed — up to 64 Gbps — provided your CPU, motherboard slot and SSD all support PCIe 4.0.
The NVMe drive uses the PCIe 4.0 x4 interface directly from the slot; the SATA drive uses a separate SATA III cable to the motherboard. Each channel is independent, so NVMe performance is not shared with SATA.
