The LUOM A0201 is a bi-directional DisplayPort 2.0 switch that lets one computer toggle between two monitors or two computers share a single monitor. It targets users who need to swap high-resolution video sources without unplugging cables.

Bandwidth caps at 80 Gbps with DP 2.0 cables

Maximum supported resolutions are 16K at 60 Hz, 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 240 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz. The 80 Gbps throughput only applies when genuine DP 2.0 cables are used; older cables fall back to lower bandwidths and refresh rates.

Plug-and-play with mandatory external power

A USB-A to USB-C 5 V power cable is included and must be connected for the switch to operate. The two attached displays cannot show content simultaneously, and the button toggles the active source or destination.
