Two-Pack Lightning Cable for iPhone

This LUOM Essager CGI27W set contains two USB-C to Lightning cables, each 3.3ft long and finished in blue. Both cables carry Apple MFi certification, so they work with iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14 and later models without triggering accessory warnings. The pair suits households or individuals who want a spare cable for travel, office or bedside use. They connect any USB-C Power Delivery charger to a Lightning port for charging and data sync.

MFi Chip and C94 Connector

Each cable includes an authorised MFi chip that eliminates pop-up alerts and protects the device during fast charging. The updated C94 Lightning connector uses gold-coloured pins instead of the older silver design, enabling the cable to reach the full 27W 3A rating when paired with a compatible PD charger. Data transfers run at 480Mbps between a USB-C laptop and an iPhone, keeping photos, backups and file moves reliable.

27W Power Delivery Headroom

With a 27W 3A maximum, the cables comfortably fast-charge an iPhone 14 from empty to 60 percent in 30 minutes when used with an 18W, 20W, 27W, 29W, 61W or 87W USB-C PD adapter. They also support lower PD profiles such as 25W and 20W for older chargers. The limit is the 27W ceiling; devices or chargers that demand higher wattage will not draw more power through these cables.

Questions about this item

Does the C94 Lightning connector on the Essager CGI27W cable wear out and need replacement?

The C94 connector uses gold-plated pins rated for repeated insertion; replace the cable only if the connector feels loose or charging becomes intermittent.

What limits sustained 27W fast charging on the 3.3ft Essager CGI27W cable?

The 3 A current ceiling and 27W power cap are reached first; the cable then regulates power to stay within its MFi-certified limits.

Does the Essager CGI27W cable get hot or draw extra power during all-day charging?

The cable runs cool at up to 27W and 3 A; no active cooling or extra power draw occurs beyond what the PD charger supplies.
