What this cable does and who needs it

This LUOM Essager CGI27W two-pack provides USB-C to Lightning cables for charging and syncing compatible iPhone and iPad models. Each cable is MFi certified with an authorised chip to prevent compatibility warnings. The 6.6ft length gives flexibility for desk, bedside or travel use.

Sustained charging behaviour

The cables support Power Delivery up to 27W at 3A maximum current and are backwards compatible with 25W and 20W profiles. With a suitable PD charger an iPhone 14 can reach 60 percent charge in 30 minutes. Data transfers run at 480Mbps over the USB 2.0 interface.

Thermals noise and power draw

Passive cable construction means no fans or active cooling are involved. Heat generation stays low during normal charging sessions. The C94 Lightning connector with gold-plated pins is designed for efficient power delivery without audible noise or measurable power loss beyond the charger itself.
