The LUOM OZV8C takes a single HDMI input and provides one HDMI output alongside both Optical Toslink SPDIF and 3.5mm stereo audio outputs. It allows audio signal separation so sound can be sent to a soundbar, amplifier or headphones without requiring a TV or monitor to be connected. The unit supports 4K resolution at 60Hz and HDCP 1.4 for protected content playback.

Passive Operation with External Power Supply

The extractor draws power from an included 5V adaptor and adds no active cooling, so it runs silently in normal use. Its compact enclosure measures 5.59 by 3.15 by 1.26 inches and weighs 3.2 ounces, making it easy to tuck behind equipment. Video bandwidth reaches 18Gbps while supporting deep colour up to 30bit and standard HDMI cable runs up to 32.8ft on each side.

Three EDID Audio Modes for Compatibility
