Right-Angle USB4 Cable

This LUOM PQ005 cable links USB-C devices with a right-angle connector that eases strain in tight spaces. It carries the USB4 Gen 3x2 standard, delivering up to 40 Gbps bi-directional bandwidth and 240 W power delivery. The 5 ft length suits desk or mobile setups.

Suited for high-speed docks and 8K displays

Creators using Thunderbolt 3 or 4 docks, NVMe enclosures or dual 4K monitors gain full throughput and charging. Users whose devices only support USB 3.2 or lower will not reach the rated speeds or power levels.

Deciding specification: 40 Gbps USB4 Gen 3x2

If your host and peripheral both run USB4 Gen 3x2, the cable enables maximum transfer rates and 240 W charging. Without that dual Gen 3x2 support, performance falls back to the lowest common standard.

Questions about this item

Will the right-angle USB-C connector on this 5 ft cable clear the rear ports on my older Thunderbolt 3 dock?

The cable uses a right-angle USB-C male plug on both ends and supports Thunderbolt 3, so it fits tight spaces while maintaining 40 Gbps data and 240 W power delivery.

How can I confirm the cable is delivering 40 Gbps and 240 W after I plug it in?

Connect a USB4 Gen 3×2 SSD or eGPU and check the OS-reported link speed; use a PD 3.1 charger and watch for 48 V / 5 A negotiation on the device's power meter.

Does the box include a power adapter or only the 5 ft right-angle USB-C to USB-C cable?

Only the 5 ft black right-angle USB-C male-to-male cable is included; a PD 3.1 charger and any adapters must be purchased separately.
