LUOM T001A Toslink Cable for Surround Sound

The LUOM T001A is a 6 ft Toslink digital optical audio cable designed for multi-channel surround sound setups. It connects sound bars, home theatre systems, TVs, and gaming consoles such as PS4 and Xbox. The male-to-male cable carries uncompressed PCM and compressed 5.1 to 7.1 audio formats including Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD. It suits anyone linking S/PDIF ports between source and amplifier.

Upgrade from Fragile or Loose Optical Leads

This cable replaces thin, unshielded optical cords that snap easily or fall out during device moves. The double braided nylon jacket and aluminium alloy wire add tensile strength for frequent reconnection. Gold-plated connectors resist corrosion that degrades signal over time. The precision square plug removes guesswork when aligning the port in low light.

Stable Signal During Long Play Sessions

High-precision concentrated fibre lens technology keeps the beam focused to cut internal reflection loss. The 2.2/5.0 mm outer diameter protects the core during extended use without kinking. Gold contacts maintain consistent conductivity through repeated thermal cycles. The fully flexible PVC jacket shields connectors when the cable is coiled between sessions.

Questions about this item

Does the 6 ft length and 5.0 mm outer diameter fit behind a wall-mounted sound bar?

The cable is 6 ft long with a 5.0 mm jacket, so it reaches most wall-mounted sound bars while staying slim enough for tight gaps.

How do I align the square Toslink plugs on the T001A without damaging the lens?

Match the squared connector to the port’s notch, insert straight until it clicks, and avoid twisting the gold-plated tip.

Will the nylon braid and gold-plated ends need replacement after extended use?

The double braided nylon shell and 24K gold-plated connectors resist corrosion and wear, so the cable typically lasts the life of the system.
