Two-source HDMI 2.1 switch

The LUOM TJ-A002 routes two HDMI 2.1 sources to a single display. It supports 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz with bandwidth up to 48 Gbps. The unit is aimed at users who need to share one screen between a console, a PC or a media box.

USB power and manual selection

A USB-A-to-Micro-B cable is included to power the switch; the device will not pass a signal without it. A push-button on the chassis toggles between inputs in about one second, and LED indicators show the active port. No software or drivers are required.

8K 60 Hz headroom and fixed direction

The switch handles resolutions up to 4096 × 2160 and 7680 × 4320 at 60 Hz, leaving headroom for high-refresh 4K gaming. It is strictly a 2-in-1-out device and cannot operate in reverse or split one source to two displays. Buyers needing bidirectional switching or simultaneous output should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the USB power cable need replacing if it frays?

The switch ships with a USB-A-to-Micro-B cable that powers the unit; a standard replacement cable can be used if the original wears out.

Does the 48 Gbps bandwidth ceiling limit 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz signals?

The 48 Gbps rating matches HDMI 2.1 and supports 8K 60 Hz and 4K 120 Hz without compression.

Does the aluminium-alloy case stay cool when the switch runs continuously?

The 60 g aluminium enclosure dissipates heat passively and remains at a low temperature during all-day operation.
