A 3.3 ft DisplayPort 1.4 extension cable supporting 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz with 32.4 Gbps bandwidth
Cable Length 3.3 Feet
This male-to-female cable extends an existing DisplayPort connection by 3.3 ft. It carries DisplayPort 1.4 signals at HBR3 bandwidth up to 32.4 Gbit/s. The construction uses 26-30 AWG solid copper conductors with triple shielding and gold-plated connectors. It is intended for desktop PCs, laptops, monitors or TVs that need a longer reach without replacing the primary cable.
The link supports 8K at 60 Hz, 5K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz, all within the 32.4 Gbit/s ceiling. HBR3 signalling enables DSC 1.2 compression and forward error correction for stable high-rate transport. HDCP 2.2, HDR, multi-stream transport and stereoscopic 3D are carried through. Backward compatibility covers DisplayPort 1.3, 1.2 and 1.1 devices at their native rates.
Verify that both the source and the display have full-size DisplayPort 1.4 ports; this cable does not fit Mini DisplayPort or HDMI sockets. Confirm that the combined length of the existing cable plus this 3.3 ft extension stays within the reliable range for the target resolution and refresh rate. Ensure the host GPU and monitor firmware support the desired mode — 8K 60 Hz, 4K 144 Hz or 2K 240 Hz — and that HDR or DSC features are enabled in the driver.

Other versions of this model
The cable is available in a single 3.3 ft length. It is designed to extend an existing DisplayPort connection by that distance, so choose it when you need roughly one metre of extra reach.
The 32.4 Gbps HBR3 rating allows 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz or 2K at 240 Hz with HDR and DSC compression, provided your graphics card and display also support those modes.
The DP 1.4 male-to-female connectors cap the link at HBR3 speeds, so resolutions above 8K 60 Hz or refresh rates beyond 240 Hz at 1440p are not possible even with a faster source or sink.
