Single-Channel RCA Audio Cable

This single-channel RCA cable carries one audio signal between devices with female RCA ports. It is built for stereo systems, subwoofers or legacy AV gear that still rely on the common RCA connector.

Suited for short low-frequency runs

The 25 ft length works well for near-field analog audio links such as line-level signals between a receiver and a powered subwoofer. It is not intended for composite video, RF or long-distance digital audio where shielded coaxial designs perform better.

25 ft reach with molded strain relief

The cable comfortably spans typical living-room equipment racks without tension on the plugs. Beyond this distance or at higher video frequencies the unshielded construction loses signal integrity, so a premium RG-59 or RG-6 coaxial cable should be used instead.

Questions about this item

What devices need RCA female ports to connect this 25ft single-channel cable?

Any component with a female RCA jack — such as amplifiers, receivers, subwoofers, or older TVs — will accept the male plugs on each end of this 7.62 metre cable.

Can I run this Monoprice 100655 alongside my existing composite video cables without interference?

The cable is designed for low-frequency audio signals; for composite or RF video over this length the supplier recommends premium RG-59 or RG-6 based cables instead.

How do I confirm the cable is passing signal correctly after I plug it in?

Play audio through the connected source; clear sound at the receiving device with no hum or drop-outs indicates the single-channel link is working as intended.
