Converts a 12VHPWR 16 pin female output to dual 8 pin male connectors for GPU power in a 6.8 in extension cable
The Monoprice PC069 is a 12VHPWR extension cable that converts a power supply's 16-pin output into two 8-pin PCIe connectors for a graphics card. It is built for builders who need to connect a dual 8-pin GPU to an ATX 3.0 or 3.1 power supply with a native 12VHPWR lead.
The cable uses 16 AWG copper wire rated for 50 amps and 300 volts. A 16-pin female end plugs into the PSU's 12VHPWR cable while dual 8-pin male ends connect to the GPU. The 17 cm length keeps routing tidy inside compact cases.
Rated for up to 600 W output, the cable supports stable transmission for cards such as the RTX 3060, 3070, 3080, 4060 and 4070. It is not compatible with GPUs that use a 12+4 pin connector such as the RTX 4070 Ti Super or RTX 5070.

The 16-pin female end plugs into the PSU's native 12VHPWR output and supports up to 600W over 16AWG copper wire rated for 50 amps at 300 volts.
The 17 cm extension adds minimal length; ensure the dual 8-pin male plugs can reach the GPU PCIe ports without strain inside the case.
Connect the 16-pin female to the PSU's 12VHPWR cable first, then attach both 8-pin males to the GPU; the common error is reversing the PSU and GPU ends.
