Business mini PC with a 20-core i7-14700, 64 GB DDR5, 2 TB NVMe storage, Wi-Fi 6E and Windows 11 Home
Model 64GB · 2TB · Home
The MSI PRO DP21 packs an Intel Core i7-14700 with 20 cores and 28 threads into a compact chassis. Base clock sits at 2.1 GHz and can reach 5.4 GHz for burst workloads. Sixty-four gigabytes of DDR5 5600 memory and a 2 TB NVMe SSD provide ample capacity for multi-tasking and large datasets. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed and the system is marketed as a Copilot+ PC for AI-assisted workflows.
A 120 W power supply operates inside the 200 W chassis envelope, feeding the 65 W base-power processor and integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770. The small 8.03 x 8.19 x 2.16 inch form factor relies on internal airflow rather than large heatsinks, so sustained all-core loads will run warmer than in a tower. Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 6E add negligible thermal load during typical office traffic.
A wired USB keyboard and mouse ship in the box, removing the need for separate peripheral purchases. Video outputs comprise one HDMI and one DisplayPort connector, enabling dual-monitor setups without adapters. Front and rear I/O also include two USB-C 3.2 ports, two USB-A 3.2 ports and four USB-A 2.0 ports for legacy devices. Bluetooth handles wireless accessories such as headsets.

Other versions of this model
Use the VESA bracket on the rear of a monitor or under a desk; the unit must sit with its vents facing upward so the 120 W supply and i7-14700 can exhaust heat properly.
The DDR5 5600 SO-DIMM in one of the two slots; any replacement must be DDR5 5600 to keep dual-channel performance.
Sustained 4K encoding pushes the 20-core 28-thread CPU to its 200 W power limit, causing the integrated GPU to reduce clocks before the chassis hits its thermal ceiling.
