Legal-size pressboard folder

This pressboard fastener folder measures 8.50 by 14 inches and fits legal-size documents. Each box contains 25 folders with a 1-inch expansion capacity. The two fasteners provide a 2-inch fastener capacity for securing punched sheets. The gray-green stock is suited for everyday office filing.

Fits standard legal drawers and shelves

The 14-inch length matches legal-size hanging rails and drawer frames without trimming. Two fasteners hold punched pages in place so sheets do not shift when the drawer is opened. The 1-inch expansion lets the folder grow with the file while staying within the same drawer space. No special hardware or accessories are required to use the folder.

Handles moderate file volumes

The 1-inch expansion comfortably accommodates growing project files, client records or archival batches up to the stated capacity. With 25 folders per box, a single box supports multiple drawers or a shared filing system. Files that exceed the 1-inch expansion or require more than two fasteners will need a higher-capacity folder.
