Ideal for in-wall audio runs

This NavePoint speaker wire is built for CL2-rated in-wall installation. Each 100-foot spool uses 16 AWG conductors made from 64 strands of 0.16 mm copper-clad aluminium. The clear PVC jacket protects the pair while remaining discreet. A pack of three spools supplies enough cable for multi-room projects.

Not for high-power or outdoor runs

Buyers who need a heavier gauge for long-distance high-current speaker feeds should look elsewhere. Installers requiring direct-burial or plenum-rated jackets will find this cable unsuitable. Systems that demand oxygen-free copper conductors for critical listening are not served by the CCA construction.

CL2 rating and 16 AWG gauge

The CL2 fire-safety rating is the single specification that determines whether this wire meets building-code requirements for in-wall use. The 16 AWG conductor size sets the practical limit for run length and amplifier power. Verify both values against your local code and system design before purchasing.
