Cat6A UTP cable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet

This 100-foot Cat6A UTP patch cable uses 24 AWG stranded pure copper conductors and RJ45 plugs with 50-micron gold contacts. It is built for 10 Gigabit Ethernet links up to 100 meters and operates at a minimum frequency of 500 MHz. The CM-rated PVC jacket meets TIA/EIA standards verified by UL and ETL and is RoHS compliant. Wiring follows the T568B standard.

UTP limits in noisy or long-run environments

Unshielded twisted pair construction keeps the cable flexible and easy to route, but it does not block external electromagnetic interference the way shielded categories do. In dense cable trays or near power lines, alien crosstalk can reduce the usable bandwidth below the 550 MHz rating. The 100-foot length stays well within the 328-foot channel limit for 10,000Base-T, yet installers must still respect bend-radius and bundling guidelines to maintain performance.
