Fully rugged convertible laptop

The Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 is a fully rugged 10.1-inch convertible that switches between notebook and tablet modes. It carries MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461F and IP65 certifications inside a magnesium alloy case. A sunlight-viewable LED touchscreen supports work in direct outdoor conditions. The unit ships new with Windows 10 Pro installed.

Single-core i5 with 8 GB DDR3

A 2.70 GHz single-core Intel Core i5 processor and 8 GB of DDR3 800 memory run standard business and field applications. The 256 GB SSD provides fast boot and load times for the operating system and core software. Heavy multitasking or modern multi-threaded workloads will exceed the single-core architecture and 8 GB capacity.

Verizon 4G LTE GPS and digitiser pen

Embedded Verizon 4G LTE mobile broadband and a GPS receiver keep the system connected and located in the field. The bundled digitiser pen enables precise input on the XGA touch panel. A power adapter is also included for immediate deployment.

Questions about this item

How does the CF-19's 10/100/1000Mbps LAN port work with older 10/100 switches?

The Gigabit Ethernet port auto-negotiates down to 10 or 100 Mbps, so legacy switches and cabling work without configuration.

What indicates the 2.70GHz Core i5 and 8GB DDR3 800 memory are running correctly after setup?

Task Manager shows the processor at 2.70 GHz with two 4 GB DDR3 modules at 800 MHz, and Windows 10 Pro reports 8 GB usable RAM.

Which items ship with the CF-19 and what must be sourced separately?

The box contains the Toughbook CF-19, digitizer pen, and power adapter; additional accessories such as a hand strap or external optical drive are sold separately.
