Compact coupon organiser

The Pendaflex accordion folder measures 7 by 4.5 inches and provides 13 pockets for sorting coupons, receipts, tickets, bills or cash. An elastic and button closure keeps contents secure while the unit fits easily into a purse or handbag. Adhesive A-Z, monthly and blank tab labels are included for customised indexing.

Sustained desk use

When stood on a desk or counter the folder expands fully to a 6 inch depth, allowing all 13 pockets to remain open and accessible for extended filing sessions. The polypropylene construction resists wear from daily handling and repeated expansion cycles. Contents stay organised without the folders collapsing under the weight of accumulated papers.

Pocket capacity limit

Each pocket is sized for coupon and receipt dimensions, so larger documents such as A4 sheets will not fit. The 13-pocket count fixes the number of separate categories you can maintain at once. Expansion is limited to the stated 6 inch depth, restricting total volume regardless of paper thickness.

Questions about this item

Does the 13-pocket polypropylene folder generate any heat or noise if left open on a desk all day?

No — it is a passive polypropylene organiser with no electronics, so it produces no heat and makes no sound.

What must I already own to start using the 13 expanding pockets and the included tab labels right away?

Only the small papers you want to file — coupons, receipts, tickets, bills or cash — because the folder, elastic closure, button and adhesive A-Z, monthly and blank labels are all supplied.

Will the 7x4.5 inch accordion file sit steadily next to older A5 binders or lever-arch files on the same shelf?

Yes, its 18 x 12 x 2.5 cm footprint lets it stand upright when expanded, so it lines up neatly with standard A5 or smaller organizers.
