Letter-size hanging folders

Pendaflex 81615 hanging file folders come in a navy colour and a 1/5-cut tab layout. The box contains 25 folders sized for letter documents. They are intended for office filing systems that use standard hanging rails. New condition means every folder is crisp and ready to label.

Replaces worn or mismatched folders

The vivid colour coding helps organise active projects faster than a single-colour set. Upgrading is worth it when existing folders have torn hooks, faded tabs or inconsistent tab positions that slow retrieval. The 25-count box covers a typical drawer without leaving gaps. Buyers who need legal-size folders or a different tab cut should look elsewhere.

Simple rail installation

Each folder hooks onto existing hanging rails in seconds with no tools required. The 1/5-cut tabs line up in five staggered positions so labels stay readable across the drawer. What usually goes wrong is mixing tab cuts in the same rail, which misaligns the stagger and jams the drawer. Keep the set uniform for smooth operation.

Questions about this item

Will these letter-size hanging folders fit a standard letter filing cabinet?

Yes, the Pendaflex 81615 folders are sized for letter-width drawers and rails.

How do I attach the 1/5-cut tabs so they line up evenly?

Slide each plastic tab insert into the folder’s top notch before hanging; spacing five tabs per row keeps labels staggered.

When should I replace the folders or tab inserts?

Replace folders if the hanging hooks bend or the navy colour fades; swap tab inserts when labels become illegible.
