Blue end-tab folders for high-volume filing

This pack contains 50 blue end-tab fastener folders built from 11 pt paper stock with reinforced straight-cut tabs. Two bonded metal prongs hold up to 100 sheets per folder and are coated to reduce paper tears when adding or removing documents. The design suits medical charts, legal case files, and office reports that require frequent access.

Durable materials keep daily handling smooth

Polypropylene reinforcement on the end tabs resists tearing during repeated insertion and withdrawal from shelves or drawers. The coated prongs glide without snagging, so pages stay flat and edges remain crisp through everyday use. Blue colour coding supports quick visual sorting in colour-coded systems.

Reinforced construction withstands long-term storage

The 11 pt stock and bonded prongs maintain alignment and holding power even after years of shelf life. Folders stay rigid when fully loaded, preventing sag that can misalign tabs in dense filing runs. Coated fasteners continue to operate cleanly after thousands of open-close cycles.

Questions about this item

How do I install the metal prongs on the 11 pt letter-size folders and what step do people get wrong?

Insert the two bonded prongs through the pre-punched holes in your documents, then fold each prong flat against the folder base; the common mistake is leaving a prong upright, which stops the folder from closing properly.

What maintenance or replacement will the 50-pack blue end-tab folders need later?

The 11 pt paper stock and reinforced end tabs are designed for repeated use; only the metal prongs may need replacement if they are bent repeatedly, otherwise no scheduled maintenance is required.

What limit shows up first when the 100-sheet capacity folders are used continuously?

The two bonded prongs reach their 100-sheet capacity first; forcing additional pages will bend the prongs and prevent the folder from closing flat.
