Letter-size expanding file with five pockets

The Pendaflex folder holds letter and A4 sheets in five expanding pockets. A snap closure keeps documents secure while the polypropylene body resists water and wipes clean. Sticky labels let you identify each section and can be repositioned without residue. The folder measures 12.8 x 9.5 x .7 inches and fits easily in a bag.

Students and office workers who need portable

Suits anyone who carries loose sheets, handouts or small notebooks between classes or meetings. The 150-200 sheet capacity handles a typical project load but will not replace a filing cabinet for high-volume archives. Buyers who want more storage or a rigid binder should look at something else.

Opens flat and snaps shut in seconds

No tools or assembly are required; just pull the accordion sides apart and load the pockets. The snap can misalign if the folder is overstuffed beyond the rated sheet count. Labels peel cleanly but may lose adhesion if reapplied many times.

Questions about this item

What size paper must I already have for the 12.8 x 9.5 in folder to hold?

The folder fits letter size (8.5 x 11 in) and A4 sheets, so you only need standard paper in those dimensions.

Will the snap closure still secure documents if I keep using older, thicker manila folders inside the pockets?

Yes, the accordion expands to hold up to 200 sheets, so adding a few manila folders won't prevent the snap from closing.

How can I confirm the 5-pocket organiser is set up correctly after labelling?

Each pocket should hold its labelled category, the snap should fasten without strain, and the folder should stand upright when loaded.
