Product identity

This Pendaflex wallet folder set contains four zipper pouches sized at 13.3 by 9.8 inches to hold letter-format documents. Each pouch is made from transparent polyvinyl chloride with a polypropylene finish and includes an outer label pocket for quick identification. The pack suits office workers, students and travellers who need portable, water-resistant organisation for papers and small accessories.

Who it suits and who it doesn't

The folders suit anyone who wants a lightweight, flexible sleeve that zips shut and can be hung or stacked in a bag. Buyers who need rigid covers, ring binders or expandable compartments will not find those features here. The soft PVC construction also means the folders cannot stand upright on a shelf without support.

Build fit

Each pouch measures 34 by 25 centimetres with a 1.9 centimetre gusset, so it slides into most backpacks, briefcases or desk drawers without adding bulk. The zipper closure keeps dust, moisture and loose items contained, freeing you from separate document wallets or plastic sleeves. Four colour-coded units let you separate projects, subjects or travel categories in a single system.

Questions about this item

What size papers fit inside the 13.3 x 9.8 inch wallet folders?

They hold letter-size sheets measuring 8.5 x 11 inches, with capacity for up to 188 sheets per folder.

Can the 34 x 25 cm pouches sit in a standard A4 ring binder or lever-arch file?

The folders are slightly wider and taller than A4, so they will not fit inside standard A4 binders or lever-arch files.

How can I confirm the zipper and label pocket are working correctly after I start using them?

The zipper should close smoothly along the full 13.3 inch top edge, and the outer label pocket should hold an identification card visible through the transparent PVC.
