13-Pocket Expanding File Organizer

This Persil 01 accordion folder provides 13 individual pockets for letter-size documents up to 8.5 x 11 inches. The multicolor design includes labelled tabs on the top edge for quick visual sorting. Made from 100 percent recycled paper material, it measures 12.99 x 9.45 x 1.7 inches when closed.

Upgrade from single-pocket folders

Replacing loose sleeves or single-pocket folders with this 13-pocket organiser lets you separate invoices, receipts, letters and cards into distinct sections. The jump is worth it when you handle enough paperwork to fill several categories and want one portable unit that holds up to 350 sheets.

Suits home, school and office users

Ideal for anyone who needs a lightweight, colour-coded system for daily filing without a cabinet. Buyers who want waterproof plastic construction, a lockable closure or capacity beyond 350 sheets should look at something else.

Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions of the Persil 01 folder so I can check if it fits my shelf?

The folder measures 12.99 inches long, 1.7 inches wide, and 9.45 inches high when closed.

How do the elastic buckle and button closure work together, and what is the common mistake?

Stretch the elastic cord over the button to secure the cover; the mistake is forcing the button through the loop instead of looping the cord over it.

The product data shows 100% recycled content — does that mean the pockets degrade faster and need replacing?

The PP material is acid-free, PVC-free, and archival quality, so the pockets do not degrade under normal use and do not require scheduled replacement.
