4" Mini Roller for Semi-Smooth Walls

The Purdy 140606042 is a 4-inch mini roller cover designed for semi-smooth and smooth surfaces such as drywall. It uses woven Dralon fabric compatible with all paint types. The two-pack suits painters who need a small roller for trim, touch-ups or narrow panels.

Slides Onto Standard Wire Frames

The cover fits wire-style roller frames with a 1/2-inch core diameter. Installation is a simple push-on action; the polypropylene core holds its shape during use. Problems arise if the frame cage is bent or the core diameter differs, causing the cover to wobble or slip while rolling.

Check Frame Size and Surface Before Buying

Verify that your existing mini frame accepts a 1/2-inch core and uses a wire cage design. Confirm the surface is semi-smooth or smooth; heavily textured walls need a thicker nap. Buyers who need a larger roller for broad wall areas or a thicker nap for rough textures cannot use this cover.
