4-inch Mini Roller Cover

This 4-inch mini roller cover comes in a two-pack and is designed for small-area painting tasks. The woven Dralon fabric holds and releases paint evenly across medium, semi-rough, or semi-smooth surfaces. It fits standard wire roller frames and works with all paint types. The transparent core is made from polypropylene.

Installation and Common Issues

Sliding the cover onto a compatible wire frame takes seconds and requires no tools. The 1/2-inch core diameter matches standard mini frames, so fit is usually secure. Problems arise if the frame is bent or oversized, which can cause the cover to wobble or shed fibres. Rinsing the cover before first use removes loose lint.

Capacity and Headroom

The 1/2-inch nap holds enough paint for trim, corners, and touch-up work on drywall. Two covers let you keep one loaded while the other is being cleaned. On large walls or heavily textured ceilings the small width and moderate nap run out of efficiency quickly, making a wider roller more practical.
