Heavy-duty stapler for high-volume offices

This manual desktop stapler handles up to 100 sheets per action, making it suited for shared office and school environments. It arrives with 2000 type 923 heavy-duty 3/8 inch staples so work can begin immediately. The all-metal chassis is housed in black ABS made from a high percentage of recycled material.

Staple compatibility and loading limits

The front-loading press-button system accepts Rapesco type 923 heavy-duty staples from 1/4 to 1/2 inch and type 24 high-capacity staples at 1/4 and 5/16 inch. Only those staple ranges are supported; other sizes will not feed or clinch correctly. Using non-Rapesco staples may cause jams or incomplete closure.

100-sheet capacity decides the use case

The single specification that determines fit is the maximum 100-sheet stapling capacity. Buyers who regularly bind thicker stacks need a different class of machine. For standard reports, proposals and projects within that limit, the adjustable paper guide and soft-feel grip deliver consistent results.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 100-sheet model or a lighter-duty version for occasional use?

The 100-sheet capacity is designed for heavy, frequent stapling of thick documents; if you only staple a few sheets at a time, a lighter model will be easier to handle.

What does the 100-sheet capacity mean when I am stapling a real document?

It means the stapler can fasten a stack of up to 100 sheets in one press, which covers most reports, proposals and manuscripts without needing to split the job.

Which staple types does the front-loading system accept and what sizes do they cover?

It takes Rapesco type 923 heavy-duty staples from 1/4" to 1/2" leg length and type 24 high-capacity staples at 1/4" and 5/16", giving a range of thicknesses up to the full 100-sheet limit.
