Microphone sponge covers

The pack contains five soft elastic sponge covers designed to fit over microphone heads on headsets and collar-style microphones. The black foam material stretches to suit a range of head diameters without permanent deformation. They protect the capsule from moisture, dust and accidental knocks during regular use. Each cover is lightweight and installs in seconds by sliding it over the mic head.

Hygiene and durability

The open-cell foam lets sound pass through while trapping saliva, sweat and skin oils that would otherwise reach the microphone element. Covers can be removed for washing or replacement, extending the usable life of the headset or lapel microphone. No adhesive or fasteners are required, so there is no residue left on the mic when a cover is swapped. The elastic construction maintains a secure grip after repeated on-off cycles.

Questions about this item

How do I fit the 5pcs elastic sponge covers onto my headset collar microphone without tearing them?

Stretch each black cover gently over the microphone head; the soft elastic sponge expands to fit universally, so avoid forcing it past the widest point.

When should I replace the sponge microphone covers in the 5-piece pack?

Swap a cover when the sponge becomes permanently compressed, discoloured, or no longer springs back after washing, as this reduces wind-noise protection.
