Portable 35mm Slide Viewer

The Rybozen LED Lighted Slide Viewer is a compact, battery-powered device designed for anyone who wants to inspect 35mm slides quickly without a computer or scanner. Photographers, archivists and hobbyists can carry it in a pocket and use it at home, in a studio or on location.

Included AA Batteries Enable Immediate Use

Two alkaline AA batteries ship in the box, so the built-in LED illumination works straight away. Inserting a slide and pressing it down activates the light automatically, removing the need for external power, cables or software installation.

Glass Lens and Slide-Activated Lighting

A genuine glass lens provides 2x magnification for clear, undistorted viewing of each frame. The slide entrance and press-to-light mechanism mean the viewer only illuminates while a slide is held in place, conserving battery life during extended sorting sessions.

Questions about this item

How often will the two AA batteries need replacing when the light is used daily?

The viewer activates only while a slide is pressed down, so battery life depends on total viewing time rather than days of ownership.

What limits continuous viewing time before the device must be set down?

The viewer requires constant finger pressure on the slide to keep the LED lit, so hand fatigue sets the practical session length.

Does the LED or the glass lens become warm during extended use?

The LED runs on two AA cells and only illuminates while a slide is pressed, so noticeable heat buildup is unlikely.
