Ultra-slim HDMI 2.0 splitter for dual displays

The sakose HM2-SP102K takes one HDMI 2.0 source and sends the same signal to two screens at up to 4K 60 Hz. It is aimed at installers or home users who need identical output on a TV and a projector or a second monitor without running extra source cables.

Bundled 5 V power supply and manual simplify setup

The package includes a 5 V/1 A DC adaptor so the unit does not draw power from the HDMI source, which improves stability on long cable runs. A printed user manual covers basic connection steps and HDCP status LEDs for quick troubleshooting.

HDMI 2.0 bandwidth caps output at 4K 60 Hz 12-bit

The 18 Gbps link cannot carry 4K at higher refresh rates or 8K resolutions, and both displays must share the same timing and HDCP version. It does not support independent EDID management or downscaling for mismatched sinks.

Questions about this item

Does the 5 V/1 A DC power adaptor ever need replacing?

The splitter ships with a 5 V/1 A DC power supply adaptor; if it fails you can replace it with any adaptor that matches the same voltage and current rating.

What bandwidth ceiling limits a continuous 4K 60 Hz signal through the 18 Gbps HDMI 2.0 path?

The 18 Gbps bandwidth and 600 MHz frequency range set the hard limit for sustained 4K 60 Hz 12-bit Deep Color transmission.

How much heat does the aluminium and plastic housing produce when the splitter runs all day?

The aluminium and plastic housing passively dissipates heat from the 5 V/1 A supply, so the unit stays warm but silent during continuous operation.
