Questions about this item

How long will the USB Type-C to Type-A cable last before it needs replacing?

The included cable has no rated lifespan in the specifications, so replacement timing depends on how often you connect and disconnect the drive.

What is the first limit reached during sustained gaming sessions?

The drive is rated for an operating temperature of 0 °C to 45 °C; sustained heavy reads and writes can push the enclosure toward that upper limit before the USB 3.2 Gen 2 bandwidth is saturated.

How much heat and noise does the drive produce when running all day?

The SSD has no moving parts and no fan, so it generates no audible noise; heat output stays within the 0 °C to 45 °C operating range during continuous use.
