Suits shippers needing lightweight protective

Buyers who need non-cushioned flat mailers or larger shipping containers should consider other options. These mailers are designed for items that require bubble cushioning inside a moisture-resistant outer layer.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the self-seal closure on the 37715 mailer without tearing the strip?

Peel the protective liner away from the adhesive strip, fold the flap down, and press firmly along the full length to activate the tamper-indicating seal.

Will the Barrier Bubble cushioning lose thickness after repeated shipping cycles?

The Barrier Bubble lining is designed to retain air better than alternative cushioning, so it maintains its 3/16" protective height through normal handling.

At what point does the white polypropylene exterior show wear from moisture or punctures?

The co-extruded, heat-sealed seams are burst-proof and the material resists moisture, punctures, and rips under typical mailing conditions.
