Sealed Air Jiffylite Self-Seal Mailer #2

The Sealed Air 39258 Jiffylite Self-Seal Mailer is a cushioned shipping envelope designed to protect contents during transit. Its lightweight construction helps reduce postage costs while the fully laminated bubble cushioning provides stiffness and puncture resistance. A seamless bottom adds extra strength and cushioning protection for shipped items.

Suitable for shipping small items needing cushioning

This mailer suits businesses and individuals sending flat or lightweight products that require protective padding and a secure closure. The self-seal adhesive strip allows for quick, peel-and-press sealing without tape or moisture. Buyers needing to ship bulky, heavy, or rigid objects requiring a rigid box structure should consider alternative packaging solutions.

Carton contains one hundred mailers

Each carton supplies 100 white Kraft mailers sized at 8 1/2 x 12 inches, identified as size #2. The outer material contains a high percentage of recycled content and uses wood from a certified managed forest. Questions about this item

Will the #2 size and self-seal closure work with my existing desktop mailing scale and label printer?

The mailer measures 8 1/2 x 12 inches and uses a peel-and-press self-seal strip, so it feeds through most desktop scales and works with standard label printers that accept that width.

How can I confirm the bubble cushioning is intact and the seal holds before sending a shipment?

Press the mailer gently; the fully laminated bubble layer should feel firm and spring back, then peel the liner and press the flap — a secure bond forms instantly without tape.

Does the carton of 100 include any packing slip inserts or do I need to buy them separately?

The carton contains 100 white Kraft mailers with self-seal closures only; packing slips, labels or additional void fill are not included and must be sourced separately.
