Smead 11953 File Folder 1/3 Cut Top Tab Letter Assorted Colors 100/Box 11pt

Filing capacity and organisation

This box supplies one hundred letter-size file folders made from 11 point coloured stock. The assortment includes camel, lake blue, lavender, moss and pink tabs for immediate colour coding. Each folder uses a 1/3 cut top tab layout that keeps labels visible in standard filing systems. The quantity supports high-volume document organisation from day one.

Suits colour-coded systems; not for heavy use

Offices that sort policies, client files or project paperwork by colour will gain faster retrieval with the five-tab palette. The single-ply construction is intended for folders that are seldom accessed or lightly handled. Environments requiring reinforced tabs, double-ply bodies or expansion capacity should look at heavier-duty alternatives.

Tab cut and stock weight

The 1/3 cut top tab and 11 point stock weight together determine how the folder fits in drawers and how long it lasts under handling. Matching the cut to existing guides prevents misalignment, while the single-ply weight sets expectations for durability in low-frequency filing.
