Desk Drawer Organisation

These hanging folders keep legal-size documents upright and separated inside a standard desk drawer. Coated rod tips let each folder glide along the rail without snagging. The box contains twenty-five folders made from eleven-point green stock.

Tab System Included

Clear vinyl one-third-cut tabs and blank inserts are supplied with every folder. Tabs can be repositioned along the top edge to suit any indexing scheme. Two-tone green material prevents papers from being filed between adjacent folders by mistake.

Legal Size Compatibility

Each folder measures 8.50 by 14 inches to match legal sheet dimensions. The product is certified to the SFI forestry standard. Buyers who need letter-size folders or a different tab cut will not be served by this item.

Questions about this item

How often will the 11 pt stock or coated rod tips need replacing in a busy drawer?

The 11 pt stock and coated rod tips are built for repeated daily filing; replace individual folders only if the stock tears or a tip cracks.

What limit appears first when the 25 folders are fully loaded with legal sheets day after day?

The drawer rail length limits capacity before the folders themselves reach a structural limit.

Do the green vinyl tabs or 11 pt material create noticeable heat or noise during all-day use?

No — the folders are passive paper products with no moving parts, so they generate no heat and make no sound.
