100-count letter-size file folders

This box contains 100 letter-size folders in five jewel-tone colours — teal, violet, gray, navy and burgundy. They are made from premium paper stock and scored at the bottom to expand for thicker paperwork. The 1/3-cut tabs come in left, centre and right positions for a staggered layout. Home offices and classrooms can colour-code projects or subjects instantly.

Check drawer depth and tab clearance

Measure the interior depth of your file drawer or hanging-folder frame to confirm the 12-inch folder length fits without binding. Verify that your existing hanging folders accept 1/3-cut tabs in three staggered positions so labels remain visible. Ensure you have space for up to 100 folders if you plan to store the full box at once.

Reversible design doubles colour options

Each folder can be flipped so the opposite colour shows on the tab, effectively giving ten colour choices from the five supplied. Light interior paper reduces misfiling by making written labels easier to read. The scored expansion allows bulky files to stay in the same folder without tearing the sides. No extra accessories or software are included.

Questions about this item

What comes inside the 100-count box and do I need anything else to start filing?

The box contains 100 letter-size folders in teal, violet, gray, navy and burgundy with 1/3-cut tabs in left, center and right positions; they work straight away in drawers or desktop sorters, and pair with Pendaflex hanging folders if you prefer a suspended system.

How do I pick between the five jewel-tone colors for my categories?

Each box ships with all five colors — teal, violet, gray, navy and burgundy — so you can assign a different hue to every project or department without buying separate packs.

Will these 12-by-9.9-by-2.4-inch folders hold a full drawer of 8.5-by-11-inch papers without bulging?

Yes, the scored bottom expands to accommodate thick stacks while the premium paper stock keeps the folder rigid, and the staggered 1/3-cut tabs stay readable even when the drawer is packed.
