End-tab poly out guides for file tracking

Smead SMD61962 out guides replace removed folders so gaps stay visible in end-tab filing systems. The green poly construction resists tearing during daily handling. Each box supplies 50 guides sized 8.5 x 11 for standard letter cabinets.

Two-pocket design separates forms from documents

A small pocket holds a charge-out form that records who took the file and when, while the large pocket stores paperwork awaiting refiling. The centre-position tab is pre-printed OUT on both sides for instant recognition.

1/3-cut end tab limits cabinet compatibility

The 1/3-cut tab aligns only with matching end-tab folders and closeable drawers; it will not fit straight-cut or top-tab configurations. Poly material offers no biodegradability or recycled content for sustainability-focused buyers.

Questions about this item

How often will the poly out guides need replacing in a busy filing system?

Made from durable poly material, these guides resist tearing and moisture, so replacement is rarely needed unless physically damaged.

What stops me from adding more than 50 guides to a single cabinet drawer?

Each box contains 50 guides; drawer capacity depends on your cabinet depth, not the guides themselves.

Do the poly guides warp or get sticky when the office runs warm all day?

Poly construction handles normal office temperatures without warping, sticking or degrading over time.
