Sooez A4 Expanding File Folder

The Sooez expanding file folder is a portable A4 organiser built for students, office workers and anyone who needs to carry documents between home, school or meetings. Its polypropylene construction resists tearing and creasing while a secure snap closure keeps contents in place during transport. Five tabbed pockets with included labels make sorting and retrieval straightforward.

250-Sheet Capacity with Expandable Spine

The accordion-style spine expands to hold up to 250 sheets without excessive bulk, giving ample headroom for project files, receipts or class notes. When filled beyond that limit the pockets become tight and the snap may not close securely, so heavier archives are better suited to a box file or cabinet drawer.

Lightweight Polypropylene Build for Easy Carry

Measuring 13 by 9.5 inches, the folder fits A4 and letter pages and slips into a backpack or briefcase without adding much weight. The reinforced polypropylene shell handles daily handling but is not rigid enough to protect delicate items from crushing forces. The snap closure and top-tab labels keep everything organised while you move between locations.

Questions about this item

Will the 13 x 9.5 inch dimensions fit inside my existing A4 ring binder on the shelf?

The folder measures 13 by 9.5 inches and is designed for A4 and letter sheets, so it matches standard A4 width but is a standalone expanding wallet rather than a binder insert.

How can I verify the snap closure is holding all 250 sheets securely after I fill it?

Press the snap shut; the reinforced polypropylene spine resists deformation and the closure clicks audibly when all five pockets are fully loaded to the 250-sheet capacity.

Does the package include the coloured tab labels shown, or must I buy them separately?

The organiser ships with five tabbed dividers and the matching label inserts already installed, so no separate label purchase is required.
