Five-pack A4 document folders

The Sooez Fresh/A4 set supplies five translucent polypropylene envelopes in assorted pastel colours. Each folder measures 13.2 by 9.2 inches and holds more than 100 sheets of US Letter or A4 paper. The material is acid-free and waterproof, protecting contents from spills and everyday wear. Integrated label pockets on the front allow quick identification of each folder’s contents.

Snap-closure installation and common issues

Folders arrive flat and require no assembly; simply press the snap button to close. The polypropylene snaps can feel stiff at first and may need a few firm presses to seat fully. Overfilling beyond the stated sheet count can prevent the closure from engaging and may stress the hinge area. Sharp or heavy objects placed inside can puncture the thin walls despite the tear-resistant claim.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Verify that your paperwork is US Letter or A4 size, as larger formats will not fit the 13.2 by 9.2 inch envelope. Confirm that a single-colour blue pack meets your colour-coding needs, since this listing supplies only blue folders. Ensure the snap-button closure suits your workflow compared with string-tie or Velcro alternatives. Check available drawer or shelf depth, because the folders add bulk when fully loaded.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the folders hold the stated capacity after filling them?

Fill each folder with up to 100 sheets of US Letter or A4 paper; the 13.2 x 9.2 in dimensions should accommodate the stack without bulging, and the tight closure should snap securely.

What comes in the pack and do I need to buy labels separately?

The pack contains five polypropylene folders in pink, yellow, green, blue and purple, each with a built-in label pocket; adhesive or insert labels are not included.

Which colour should I choose for quick visual sorting?

All five pastel colours — pink, yellow, green, blue and purple — are supplied together in the single 5-count pack, so you can assign a different colour to each category without choosing just one.
