20U Open Frame Server Rack

The TAURKENAM 20U open frame rack provides 19-inch mounting for network and AV equipment in a cold-rolled steel frame. Two ventilated 1U shelves, four shelf stops, velcro straps and mounting screws are included. It suits installers who need a ready-to-assemble frame for multi-device deployments.

Suits wall or floor mounting, not enclosed cabinets

Wall mounting supports 130lbs while floor mounting handles 260lbs, making it practical for classrooms, offices, warehouses and retail spaces. The open design offers unrestricted airflow and easy cable access. Buyers who need lockable doors, side panels or integrated cooling should consider enclosed cabinet alternatives.

19-inch EIA width decides compatibility

Equipment must conform to the 19-inch standard to fit the upright rails. The 20U height determines how many rack units of gear can be installed. Verify your devices match this width before purchasing.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 20U height or a different rack size?

The 20U frame gives you 20 rack units of vertical space for 19-inch gear; choose a taller or shorter rack only if your equipment count or ceiling clearance demands it.

What does the 130 lb wall-mount rating mean once the rack is installed?

When secured to studs or masonry the frame safely holds up to 130 lb of mounted devices; on the floor the same structure supports up to 260 lb.

Does the 19-inch mounting standard limit the depth of servers I can fit?

The open-frame design has no fixed depth limit, so any 19-inch wide server or AV unit will fit as long as its weight stays within the 130 lb or 260 lb rating.
