The Ordinary 1007 PWM fan splitter cable connects one motherboard header to three case fans. It uses a 4-pin female plug on the motherboard side and splits into two 3-pin and one 4-pin connectors. PWM control limited to the 4-pin fan

Only the single 4-pin fan connector returns a tachometer signal to the motherboard, so PWM speed control applies to that fan alone.
